1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jli11", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jli11 online gaming platform, operated under PAGCOR regulation and accessible at jli11.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jli11 platform or accesses any part of the jli11 website.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the jli11 registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the jli11 website, mobile interface, games lobby, wallet system, and all associated features and services available at jli11.net.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of Philippine Peso (₱) funds held within a Player's jli11 wallet at any given time, including real-money funds and qualifying bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applied by jli11 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction from which access to or participation in online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jli11 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jli11 platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

jli11 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their account prior to the amended terms taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the jli11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal structure.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and participating in online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of each session.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of jli11 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had a jli11 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

jli11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli11 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to notify jli11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised in any way.

• jli11 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
• Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access is your sole responsibility.
• jli11 strongly recommends enabling all available account security features, including email verification on login, and using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing jli11 from a shared or public device.

jli11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or lock an account if unusual login activity is detected, pending verification of account ownership by the registered Player through the KYC process.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jli11 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jli11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as current processing times for each payment method, are published in the Wallet section of your jli11 account and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.

Deposits are credited to your jli11 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jli11 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance periods.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification must be on file before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the affected balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• jli11 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations.
• Verified accounts in good standing can expect same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during standard operating hours.

jli11 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment instruments, or cryptocurrency wallets.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jli11 offers a range of promotional offers to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General conditions applicable to all jli11 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above who are in good standing at the time the offer is claimed.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Real-money funds in your wallet are not affected by bonus wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at any time, subject to standard KYC conditions.
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• jli11 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and withdraw the right to any promotion if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

7 Gaming Rules

Each game available on the jli11 platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the specific rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and minimum/maximum bet limits applicable to each game before placing any wager.

The following general gaming conditions apply to all games on the jli11 platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events captured on live video stream.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jli11 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during an active game round, jli11's server-side game logs will be treated as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the interruption. Any bets placed and round outcomes recorded server-side will stand.
• jli11 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a manifest error, including but not limited to software errors, incorrect odds or paytable displays, or any other technical malfunction that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform, including rules governing suspended markets, void bets, and early settlement procedures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the jli11 platform, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your jli11 account.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinated betting, chip dumping in poker, or any form of coordinated sports betting strategy designed to exploit the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other automated means to interact with the jli11 platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be reported to jli11 immediately and will be subject to review and potential void.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the jli11 platform. jli11 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward jli11 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with jli11's systems, networks, databases, or source code through any unauthorised means.

9 Responsible Gaming

jli11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Filipino players. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously and provide a range of player protection tools accessible directly from your account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the jli11 platform, including but not limited to the jli11 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and promotional materials, is the property of jli11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jli11 platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, displaying, or creating derivative works from any jli11 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the jli11 platform.
• Using jli11 branding, trademarks, or game assets in any commercial context or on any third-party platform.
• Framing, scraping, or mirroring any portion of the jli11 website without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jli11 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli11 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access to your account where jli11 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Damages arising from platform downtime, technical interruptions, or scheduled maintenance periods.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Any loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the jli11 platform, which is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

jli11's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jli11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jli11's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

jli11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so, including instructions from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon closure of an account due to a breach, any balance remaining — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

You may request voluntary closure of your jli11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

13 Amendments

jli11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — including changes to deposit and withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or Player rights — jli11 will provide registered Players with advance notice via the email address associated with their account. The notice period for material changes will be no less than 7 calendar days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the jli11 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the jli11 platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. jli11 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the following process applies:

1. Submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. jli11 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a full written response within 14 business days.
2. If you are not satisfied with jli11's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player dispute resolution process.
3. Disputes that remain unresolved following the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their legal rights pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
